1. COUNTRIES OF DISPATCH
We currently ship to Europe.
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal (Peninsula), Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Cyprus, Vatican City, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Faroe Islands, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
2. DELIVERY DEADLINES
Delivery times vary depending on the type of shipment:
• Between 24 and 48 working hours for shipments in Spain - Peninsula
• Between 4 and 5 working days for standard shipments in Spain – Balearic Islands
• Between 48 and 72 working hours for urgent shipments in Spain – Balearic Islands
• Between 3 and 4 working days for standard shipments in Portugal – Peninsula
• Between 24 and 48 working hours for urgent shipments in Portugal – Peninsula
• Between 3 and 5 working days for shipments to Rest of Europe
Important:The delivery time for orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will start counting from the next business day.
3. RETURNS
The conditions regarding exchanges and returns are detailed in the" Exchanges and returns "section of our website.
4. AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
5. DELIVERY
Before placing the order, you must select the delivery method that best suits your needs. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will ship your order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Dispatch Confirmation without undue delay and and within the deadlines indicated.
Please note that there are circumstances arising from the customization of products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.
Regarding gift cards, we will send them on the date indicated by you when placing the order.
If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays, except in the case of gift cards, which will be delivered on the date indicated by you.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the"delivery"has taken place or that the order has been"delivered"at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires the material possession of the products, which is will prove by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
The gift card will be understood as delivered in accordance with the provisions of the Gift Card Conditions of Use and, in any case, on the date it is sent to the email address indicated by you.
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we are unable to find a safe location, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Likewise, we will leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it sent to you again. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
In the event that 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a result of the termination of the contract, we will return all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Please, keep in mind that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, for which we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs.
