The price and delivery time of an order will depend on its destination.

Shipments Spain:

-Peninsula: 24/48 working hours (Free)

- Balearic Islands: 48/72 business hours (9.00€) or 4-5 business days (Free)

Shipping Portugal:

- Peninsula: 24/48 working days (11.50€) or 3-4 working days (Free) 

Shipments to the rest of Europe:

- Between 3-5 working days (20€)

Important : The delivery time for orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will start counting from the next business day.

Currently we do not make shipments through the web to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands. If you wish to place an order to any of these locations, please contact us,or of our web form, and we will look for a solution.

We currently do not ship via the web to Madeira or Azores. If you wish to place an order to any of these locations, please contact us,or of ourweb form, and we will look for a solution.

You can see the status through the tracking link attached to your order confirmation email. If after the delivery deadline you have not received the order, contact us through theform located on the contact page with your name and surname, order number, date the order was placed and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

Returns are completely free of charge in Spain and Portugal. The shipping costs for the return of the item will be borne by us. For all other European countries, the shipping costs for the collection of the order will be charged (20€).

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item(s) in the same way in which the purchase originated. Unfortunately we will not reimburse the shipping costs in case there were any (urgent shipments in Spain and Portugal, and shipments to the rest of Europe).

The only two conditions that you must take into account is to request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase, and that the item(s) is/are unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with its corresponding product label. .

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a return.
