Refund policy
1. RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. After 30 days from your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a return.
In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with its corresponding product label.
To return an item, contact us through the following form . In it you must specify the order number of the item you wish to return, the item to be returned, and briefly indicate the reason. Once the form has been sent , our team will contact you via email to inform you of the instructions and next steps in the return process.
Returns are free of charge in Spain and Portugal. The shipping costs for the return of the item will be at our expense. For the rest of Europe, we will charge the shipping costs corresponding to the collection of the order (20€).
Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item(s) in the same way in which the purchase originated. Unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded in case there are any (urgent shipments in Spain and Portugal, and shipments to the rest of Europe).
It is recommended that the customer obtain proof of shipment to avoid problems of merchandise being lost/damaged by the agency, and send it to us by email (info@westsouls.com). The merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and with its product label. We do not accept returns of marked or used products. Please be careful when testing our items.
2. CHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer product exchanges, only returns.
3. CLAIMS
All our products pass an exhaustive quality control, so we make sure that the merchandise reaches the customer without any type of defect. If despite this you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible (info@westsouls.com) and never later than 15 days from receipt.
